Shipping policy

SHIPPING RANGE

This policy applies to The United States, Canada and Australia orders, and we only ship to these three countries.  This policy is designed to ensure that you are aware of our shipping policies and procedures.


SHIPMENT SCHEDULE
  1. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  2. Once processed, the parcel will be sent to carriers, our logistics carrier is 4PX.
  3. Delivery time: 10-15 business days.
  4. The tracking status may not be synced in real-time, usually it will update in  3 business days after shipment.
  5. The shipping time is up to multiple factors like handling time of local postal services and other factors like customs clearance, bad weather, etc.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS
  1. Shipping costs: free shipping for all orders.
  2. Tax: No Tax, we pay customs duties.
  3. During the shipping process, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us! And we will get back to you on the first chance!
  4. We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at minkarstravel@gmail.com
  5. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping addresses correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.
